GEDCOM Viewer is a software app with a pretty self-explanatory name - it lets you view the content of Genealogical Data Communication files (GEDCOM), namely files with the GED format. It can be seamlessly handled, even by rookies.
GEDCOM is also the name of a computer program created by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as the specifications of a file standard used for exchanging genealogical data between different desktop genealogical family tree software programs and websites. We have not experienced any problems in our testing, since the program did not hang, crash or display error notifications. Thanks to its limited and intuitive features, GEDCOM Viewer should be easy to figured out even by the less experienced audience.
